- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went about two months ago and had trouble finding their location. I called to let them know that I was running late and couldn't get the receptionist on the phone. I got there fifteen minutes late, and the receptionist was extremely rude and offputting. "And why are you late?" she asked, as if I'd done it on purpose. The nurse was fabulous at pick up, and the vet did a good job with the surgery. However, I initially almost walked out because of the horrific service at the front desk. The receptionist is cold and condescending, not the personality you would expect from someone that works or volunteers at a spade/neuter clinic.February 18, 2017by Tovah Villalobos
