- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went about two months ago and had trouble finding their location. I called to let them know that I was running late and couldn't get the receptionist on the phone. I got there fifteen minutes late, and the receptionist was extremely rude and offputting. "And why are you late?" she asked, as if I'd done it on purpose. The nurse was fabulous at pick up, and the vet did a good job with the surgery. However, I initially almost walked out because of the horrific service at the front desk. The receptionist is cold and condescending, not the personality you would expect from someone that works or volunteers at a spade/neuter clinic.September 28, 2017by Tovah Villalobos
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had two cats spayed/neutered with no problems. The driver was super nice and was really gentle with the animals. I am so thankful that SNAC is available with their services in our area. "Thank You" for the great work you do to help these animals!
